ENROLMENT PROCEDURES FOR 2013
STEP 1- ALL STUDENTS TO PRESENT ACCEPTANCE LETTER AND PAYMENT OF COURSE FEES (100%) TO DP ACADEMIC’S SECRETARY BEFORE YOU CAN GET ENROLLMENT FORM AND STUDENT’S CODE OF BEHAVIOUR BOOKLET AND DECLARATION FORM. NO ACCEPTANCE LETTER / 100% COURSE FEES PAYMENT, NO ENROLLMENT FORM TO BE ISSUED.
STEP 2 - FILL UP THE ENROLMENT FORM, AND STUDENT CODE OF BEHAVIOUR DECLARATION FORM. SUBMIT SCB DECLARATION FORM TO WARDEN / DP ADMINISTRATION FOR RECORD PURPOSES.
STEP 3 - PROCEED TO YOUR RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT TO EVALUATE YOUR ENROLLMENT. HOD/HOS TO SIGN THE ENROLMENT FORMS TO CONFIRM THAT ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE PROVIDED AND PRESENTED.
STEP 4 - PROCEED TO REGISTRAR’S OFFICE FOR COURSE FEES PAYMENT (100%) AND VALIDATION. REGISTRAR SIGNS TO CONFIRM THAT REQUIRED PAYMENT IS MADE.
STEP 5 - PROCEED TO DP ACADEMIC’S OFFICE FOR FINAL ENROLMENT. DP
ACADEMIC’S SECRETARY SIGNS TO CONFIRM ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT ARE SUBMITTED, AND THEN PUT THE STAMP TO INDICATE THAT YOU ARE NOW OFFICIALLY ENROLLED. HALF OF THE ENROLLMENT SLIP WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU.
ACADEMIC’S SECRETARY SIGNS TO CONFIRM ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT ARE SUBMITTED, AND THEN PUT THE STAMP TO INDICATE THAT YOU ARE NOW OFFICIALLY ENROLLED. HALF OF THE ENROLLMENT SLIP WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU.
STEP 6 - SUBMIT THE ENROLMENT SLIP STAMPED “ENROLLED” TO YOUR HEAD OF DEPARTMENT/HEAD OF SECTION FOR RECORD PURPOSES.
STEP 7 - ATTEND CLASSES AS ADVISED.
